Ramflo helps businesses send consented WhatsApp and email messages to their own customers, follow up until a goal is reached, and manage the replies in one inbox.

What it does

• Sends campaigns and follow-ups on WhatsApp and email, only to contacts the business has a lawful basis to contact.
• Brings replies from both channels into one inbox, with suggested replies that a person approves before anything is sent.
• Honours opt-outs: a recipient who replies STOP or uses an unsubscribe link is added to a suppression list.
